Automatic Monthly Order (AMO)
You give permission for Miracle Solutions to debit your credit card each month for the amount you choose in product purchase. ***Note: To receive commissions from all income streams you must be on a minimum of 130 BV.
If you have preferred customers enrolled under you, purchasing direct from the company, their purchases count toward your monthly PBV.

Business Volume (BV)
Miracle Solutions product line is assigned a BV or Business Volume. Team member commissions are based on BV value of products sold by each team member and his/her organization.
***Note:All you have to do is maintain a minimum monthly purchase of 12 Personal Business Volume (PBV), and you are qualified to earn a Fast Start Bonus.

Compression
Levels (or Generations) that fail to qualify toward commissions due to lack of order or activity, cause the next higher qualifying level to be rolled up to the ineligible level and be paid at the ineligible level's commission. ***Note: Full compression assures six pay levels.

Distributor
Independent individuals who market and sell products for Miracle Solutions.

Downline
Preferred customers and distributors below a particular team member.

Enroller and Sponsor
You may be the enroller, the sponsor or both for a new team member.
An Enroller is an existing marketing executive (ME) that first explains the Miracle Solutions business or products to someone and subsequently helps them to enroll as a new team member.
The computer thereby recognizes an "enroller relationship" between these two members.

A Sponsor is the team member who is immediately upline in an organization from a new or existing team member and is generally responsible for the day-to-day coaching, encouragement and assistance of the new member immediately below them.
The computer recognizes a "sponsor relationship" based on the placement position between these two members.

ENROLLER AND SPONSOR COORDINATION

1. Become the Enroller and Sponsor. This allows you to personally sponsor a new team member directly under you. Advantage: You receive income from all the income streams related to this new team member.

2. Become the Enroller only. This allows you to personally sponsor the new team member under anyone, anywhere in your organization. You still receive the Fast Start and Matching Bonus as the enroller, while providing another team member in your organization with the other income streams from this new member. Advantage: This helps to build the business of the team member you have chosen as the sponsor. This placement can strengthen a leg in your organization, encourage a team member in their business, and allow you to recruit people across vast geographical areas, while placing your new team member under a well-trained person that can support them locally.

Frontline
A team member that has been enrolled at the first level of the enrolling team member's line.

Leg
A leg is how the marketing plan is built. Your organization has different legs which each begin with a team member which you enroll and sponsor and continue below that team member.

Level
The layers of preferred customers and distributors in a particular team member's downline. This term refers to the relationship of team members relative to a particular upline team member, determined by the number of team members between them who are related by the enrollee or sponsor or both. For example: If A sponsors B, who sponsors C, who sponsors D, whol sponsors E, then E is on A's fourth level.



MATCHING BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

If you are a Platinum or above and on AMO (automatic monthly order), you qualify to receive a Matching Bonus of 25% on the income of your personally enrolled team members.
The Matching Bonus is calculated from the Unilevel commissions of your first 6 levels, Rebate and Infinity Bonuses.


PREFERRED CUSTOMER
An individual who purchases products directly from the company for their own use. This individual is not eligible to receive commissions.
